Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) is a dynamic public research university located in the heart of downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Formerly known as Ryerson University until 2022, TMU rebranded to better reflect its commitment to inclusivity and diversity. Established in 1948, the university has grown into a vibrant urban institution with over 44,000 undergraduate and nearly 3,000 graduate students. TMU offers more than 60 undergraduate and 65 graduate programs across nine faculties, including the Ted Rogers School of Management, Faculty of Engineering and Architectural Science, and the Lincoln Alexander School of Law.
