Fanshawe College is a large public college in Southwestern Ontario, with its main campus in London plus regional campuses in places like St. Thomas, Simcoe/Norfolk, Woodstock/Oxford, and Huron/Bruce. It offers 220+ programs ranging from certificates, diplomas, advanced diplomas, graduate certificates, apprenticeships, to applied degrees—so students can choose via many flexible “pathways.” Major study areas include business, health care, technology & engineering, the arts & design, hospitality & tourism, human services, and skilled trades. How to Get in?
Fanshawe is known for its IT program, as well as health sciences! IT has a minimum of 65%, and health sciences has a minimum of 70%. Though both these programs tend to get lots of applications and require 5%-10% more than minimum. Especially for Nursing which is one of Fanshawe's most competitive programs.
Generally:
Make sure to take all required courses for your desired program
Try your best to obtain the highest mark, if looking into a tech bachelor, aim for 80%, for all others a 65% - 75% should suffice
Be not only academic but involved in your community, and volunteer around!
